Hunan Shiyou Electric Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of electrical control systems for wind turbine generators and smart grid products, as well as power transformers and supporting electrical equipment.
Established in April 2011 as a joint venture between Xiangtan Shitong Electric Co., Ltd. and the Dutch Uintro Group, the company is headquartered in the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone of Xiangtan City, Hunan Province, with a registered capital of RMB 65.8 million. It completed the shareholding system reform in 2013 and was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) on June 27, 2014, becoming the first NEEQ-listed enterprise in Xiangtan City.
